NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) is a package of care arranged and funded by the NHS for adults with significant ongoing care needs. It is not means-tested.
Who qualifies
Eligibility is based on your assessed needs, not your diagnosis. The assessment considers behaviour, cognition, communication, mobility, nutrition and continence, among other domains.
